Because of its delicate nature, it is best enjoyed on the day of collection, just as it would be served on your wedding day.
Crafted with delicate layers of golden, flaky pastry, silky vanilla crème pâtissière and finished with fresh seasonal berries and a light dusting of icing sugar.
Perfect for date night, celebrating your engagement, or simply indulging in something special together.
Crisp, creamy and beautifully balanced, it's designed to be shared and savoured. Each Millefoglie serves approximately 2–4 people, depending on portion size.
Collection is available from my studio in Valentine, NSW, with release dates announced throughout the year.
